1. Introduction
Welcome to FunCast! These terms of service (TOS) are intended to clarify your rights and obligations when using the FunCast application (hereinafter referred to as"The service") . By registering or using FunCast, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
2. User Registration and account management

You must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity to register for a FunCast account. If you are under the age of 18 or do not have full civil capacity, please use the service under the guidance of your parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service at any time without prior notice. Any service changes will be announced through the FUNCAST application or through the official website.
4. User Behavior Guidelines
4.1 lawful use
You should comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not use FunCast for any illegal activities. The video content you upload, record or share must comply with local laws and regulations.
4.2 content restrictions
You may not upload, record or share the following:
Content that violates laws and regulations
Containing pornographic, violent, terrorist or other inappropriate content
Infringement of copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of others
Content that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
4.3 community rules
You should respect other users and refrain from harassment, slander, insults, or other inappropriate behavior. We have the right to remove content that violates community rules and take appropriate action against users who violate the rules, including but not limited to warnings, suspension or termination of accounts.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 intellectual property rights of FunCast
Funcast and all related content (including but not limited to software, interface design, text, graphics, audio and video) are the property of FunCast and are protected by copyright, trademarks and other Intellectual Property Law laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use any part of FunCast without its express written permission.
5.2 intellectual property rights of user content
The video content you upload, record, or share belongs to you or a third party you authorize. You Grant FunCast a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, transmit, and present your content in the service we provide.
6. Limitation of liability

FUNCAST provides services"As is" and does not guarantee continuity, accuracy, or reliability of the service. We accept no responsibility for any interruption, delay or error in service.

Under no circumstances shall FunCast and its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage arising from the use or inability of you or any third party to use the services, whether or not based on contract, tort or other legal theory.
7. Dispute Settlement
